THE EFFECT OF PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT, MEANING OF WORK AND PROACTIVE PERSONALITY ON EMPLOYEE CREATIVITY (STUDY ON EMPLOYEES OF HARNO SURYA NGEMPLAK BOTHI)

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support, work meaning and proactive personality on employee creativity. The results data analysis in this are that there is an influence Perceived Organizational Support Employee Creativity, Job Meaning Creativity Proactive Personality also from F test analysis, show Support, Work jointly affects Creativity. Another result coefficient determination (R2) produces a value 0.59 or 59%. means 59% creativity Harno Surya Ngemplak Bothi Kartasura employees influenced by variables Perception, while remaining 41% other not examined study.
